LORENA CANALS - Bloom Washable Rug from the Fantasy Garden Collection At Lorena Canals we take pride in offering safe textiles for children’s environments that are also eco-friendly. Our textiles are handmade in India using natural cotton and wool as raw materials, treated with non-toxic dyes. We use sustainable, chemical-free production processes and recycle our water. With a canvas base woven from our recycled yarns mixed with undyed natural yarn, the Bloom rug by Lorena Canals combines rows of different pile heights, giving a subtle structure to the surface. Decorated at the borders with two contrasted color lines in linen , followed by a thin embroidered line on top of the bare canvas, the rug is finished with small tassels at the corners. Most of our rugs are carefully handmade one by one through a traditional process. Each piece is unique, so slight variations in color and shape may occur.
